Welcome to the 2025 Indiana Conference & Trade Show! We’re excited to bring you a dynamic and engaging event where exhibitors and attendees can connect, collaborate, and grow their businesses. Below are key details to help you plan for a successful and rewarding experience.

Important Exhibitor Details:

  • Vendor Packages – Choose a vendor all-inclusive package (better deal for the money) or just a booth space.
  • Maximize Your Visibility – We highly recommend vendors sponsor instead of just attending to take full advantage of networking opportunities, brand exposure, and attendee engagement.

Exhibitor Setup: Friday, September 5, from 8AM to 2PM

Show Hours: Friday, September 5, 3PM to 10PM | Saturday, September 6, 9AM to 5PM

Exhibits will be open starting at 3PM, followed by the Opening Welcome, Title Sponsor Spotlight, Overview of the weekend, we will be having a candlelight vigil for those who have gone before us in our towing community. We will also have a band a large tent center stage for the show for eating, visiting, or just taking a rest.
